As a management engineer graduated from the Politecnico di Milano, I bring more than 20 years of experience in IT and process consulting for industrial and service companies. I specialised in decision support through business intelligence tools and contributed to more than 50 projects in European companies, many of which I personally led. A strong focus on collaborative solutions, knowledge transfer and the development of everyone involved in a project — including partners and clients — has always been at the core of my working style and personal philosophy. This is what led me, from 2012 onwards, to develop a deep passion for professional coaching and the design of training programmes. Since 2019, I have been the founder of ALKYMA, pursuing my passion for helping people grow with full independence.
