As a management engineer with a degree from Politecnico di Milano, I have over 20 years of experience in IT and process consulting in industrial and service companies; I have specialised in decision support with business intelligence tools and have participated in and led over 50 projects in European companies. The focus on finding collaborative solutions, knowledge transfer and the growth of all people in the project team, including those of partners and clients, has always been at the core of my work style and life philosophy and has led me to become passionate about professional Coaching and developing Training programmes since 2012. Since 2019 I have been co-founder of ALKYMA to live my passion in growing people in total autonomy.
