DISCTM Profile
The DISC profile provides insights into a person’s natural and adapted behavioral style when interacting with others.
The natural style is the one we express when we are not influenced by external pressures or circumstances. It is rarely fully observable.
The adapted style is the one most frequently experienced and observed by others, shaped by the environment and the people around us.
Based on the scores obtained, the assessment identifies 100 combinations that can be summarized into four main areas:
Dominant Style / Red
This style tends to perceive the external world as challenging or hostile. Being direct and pragmatic, these individuals seek to lead situations and people through clear communication, decisiveness, and action.
Influencing Style
This style perceives the world as friendly. Through an indirect communication approach, individuals seek support and consensus by influencing and inspiring others rather than commanding them.
Supportive Style / Green
People with this style see the world as friendly and collaborative. They naturally seek harmony, cooperation, and positive relationships with others.
Conscientious Style / Blue
This style tends to perceive the world as demanding or uncertain. Individuals focus on understanding rules, systems, and processes in order to operate effectively and achieve high standards.
LUXXTM Profile
A scientifically developed assessment created by the University of Luxembourg that identifies what motivates a person and how they are motivated over the long term, based on 16 distinct motivational factors.
These factors change only minimally throughout life (approximately 10–20%), influencing our choices, behaviors, and ultimately our well-being.
Combined with the feedback provided by a certified LUXX Profile Expert, the LUXX profile offers valuable insights that help individuals develop successful strategies aligned with their motivational drivers in order to achieve their goals.
MINDSET MAPTM
A scientifically developed assessment created by the University of Luxembourg that provides a map of a person’s mindset, mental patterns, and ways of thinking.
The Mindset MapTM helps individuals understand how they interpret situations, make decisions, and respond to change.
Combined with professional coaching, this assessment creates deeper awareness of personal thinking structures and opens new possibilities for personal and professional growth.
